The Garden kicks off a fun new fall tradition for children and families to get them in the spooky spirit of the season! This daytime event will feature plant-based Halloween activities for the kids who are encouraged to come in their favorite costume. Activities will include pot a spider plant to take home and help stuff a scarecrow. Fall Foliage will herald the arrival of pumpkins and gourds as the Garden transitions from Halloween to Harvest. Carriage rides will be available for an additional fee through Southern Breezes.
Saturday & Sunday October 30 & 31, 2010 – 9am – 3pm
Event is free with Garden Admission – Adults $12, Seniors $10 (60+), Children $6 (4-12) Children wearing costumes will receive a 50% discount with a paying adult.
