Charlotte’s Epicentre Complex Sells For $130.5 Million
Uptown Charlotte’s EpiCentre entertainment complex has been sold to Los Angeles based real estate firm CIM Group for $130.5 million, according to real estate records filed Monday.
CIM Group, who also owns the BB&T Center office tower at 200 S. College St., issued a statement Tuesday saying that it “is pleased to acquire this property and continue investing in Charlotte.”
