Description
The 2012 Charlotte Shakespeare Festival kicks off with “The Tempest” May 31 – June 17 outdoors at The Green uptown.
Picnic under the stars as magic, monsters, romance and comedy all collide in this play by William Shakespeare.
Performances take place outdoors at The Green Uptown (400 S. Tryon Street) Wednesday through Saturday nights at 8pm and Sundays at 6:30pm.
No admission fee, but a minimum donation of $5 per person is suggested. Free performance workshops for ages 8+ on Sundays at 5pm.
