17th Annual Charlotte Goes Green Festival
The 17th Annual Charlotte Goes Green Festival will feature live Irish music, Irish dancers, pipe band, Irish/Celtic and other vendors, the large Celtic Kids Zone and plenty of Irish & other food & beverages. 2013 Charlotte St. Patrick’s Day Parade
Over 80,000 spectators watched Charlotte’s Sixteenth Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade as it marched through the heart of Charlotte to the sound of pipes and the cheers of the spectators lining the streets. The combination of flags, floats, kids, and pipe band music made everyone smile and be Irish for a day. The Seventeenth Annual Parade promises to be even better! The parade will step off at 11:00 A.M. at Tryon and 9th street in uptown Charlotte. The parade will march South to Tryon St. and 3rd. Street.

Rich & Bennett’s 13th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Pub Crawl
Twelve years ago a pub crawl was created to rival all pub crawls. As a small group of motivated and gregarious crawlers, we set out to conquer 7 bars in 7 hours and claimed to have 1 mission. Not sure whether or not we accomplished that mission, we crawled again the following year and have continued the tradition every year since. Thanks to your support the crawl has grown in numbers, recognition, and fame every year! In fact, just four years ago the Travel Channel featured the crawl on their series Extreme Wild Parties! This year we look to kick it up a notch for the 13th year, and this time the mission is to once again stake claim to the title WORLD LARGEST PUB CRAWL!!! Access to over 30 different Uptown Charlotte bars, drink specials, event koozie, & t-shirt.

Green River Revival
Join the USNWC for the third annual Green River Revival, a St. Patrick’s Day party taking place on Saturday, March 16. The celebration will kick off at 9 a.m. with the Color Me Green 5K, a trail race similar to the Color Run. At 1 p.m., watch as the whitewater rapids turn bright green in honor of St. Patrick’s Day, followed by live music by the Tim Reynolds Trio and the Mike Strauss band.
