The North Carolina Music Hall of Fame welcomes everybody of all ages to the Induction Ceremony this fall on October 20, 2016 at the Kannapolis Performing Arts Center. This year we will be inducting artists such as American Idol contestant, Kellie Pickler, the Folk Rock / Americana band, The Avett Brothers, Grammy award winning old time string band, Carolina Chocolate Drops, Grammy award winning folk musician & storyteller who appears regularly on PBS, David Holt, jazz musician Re from the Modern Quartet, longtime member of the Temptations, Ron Tyson, pioneer beach band, Band of Oz, and funk guitarist known as the “Godfather of Go-go,” Chuck Brown!
