The Red Pump Project invites you to the 7th Annual Red Pump/Red Tie Affair to be held on Saturday, December 5, 2015, in Charlotte, NC.

The Affair is a benefit gala, held annually to commemorate World AIDS Day, that effectively fuses fashion and philanthropy. The primary goal of this event is to raise awareness about HIV and AIDS among women. The affair also honors a prominent female leader for her individual efforts to raise awareness and education in the community with the coveted “Red Pump” Award. The affair will include live entertainment, cocktail reception with a silent auction, runway show and more.

This year’s affair will be co-hosted by Hip Hop Legend Edward “Special Ed” Archer and Media Personality Kendra James.

Past Red Pump Award honorees include Rev. Deborah C. Warren (2014) Tarsha’ Hamilton (2013), Geneva Galloway (2012), Joanne Stevenson Jenkins (2011), Dee Dee Richardson (2010) and DeVondia Roseborough (2009).
