BigDipperTV is a primarily a Hip-Hop and R and B music video formatted TV show, set up in a countdown format, that airs on Time Warner cable in Charlotte and surrounding areas  breaking New and Independent music artist in the Southern Region, broadcasting in over 600,000 homes on Prime Time Television.  How ever we cover all positive community events and broadcast them to a vast audience over cable television.  Since its inception, it has been the Queen City's #1 rated show.  BigDipperTV is the platform for independent artists to be recognized and heard throughout the region.  BigDipperTV is committed to being a positive force in the community.  We strive to give back to the community we serve by organizing and facilitating benevolent events
