Please join Duke Energy and community leaders for the African-American Network – Carolinas 16th Annual Scholarship Gala. The gala celebrates deserving students who have demonstrated potential through strong academic performance. Net proceeds generated by this event will fund scholarships for minority students attending colleges and universities in North and South Carolina. This signature event includes an evening of celebration, networking, reception, dinner and a silent auction. This year’s keynote speaker will be former NASA astronaut, Joanie Higginbotham.
