TEDxCharlotte 2018 – Friday, Oct 12th

We are so excited to bring you the 8th installment of TEDxCharlotte. We’ve lined up some amazing speakers with ideas worth sharing for you.

We cordially invite you to join us on Friday, October 12, 2018 at Halton Theater @ CPCC!

Some logistics:
The morning timeline: Get there early to get checked in, grab a coffee and get a seat.
Registration starts at 8:30 am. Coffee will also be available then.
Doors open at 9:30 am.
Talks begin at 10:00 am.

Parking is FREE in the Theater & Faculty Lot next to the Overcash building. There will be signs to help wayfinding and we will send you a parking map as we get closer to the event.

We expect the talks to conclude at 3:00 pm but we might run long. There will be a panel with the speakers and TEDxCharlotte organizer immediately after the talks. It’s awesome and you’ll want to plan on staying for it.

You’ll get a whole hour for lunch. Make the most of that time by meeting new people.

Only ticketed attendees are allowed to enter.

We hate rules as much as the next guy, but some basic behaviors will make this a pleasant experience for everyone. We ask for your cooperation. Therefore…

No food or drink is allowed in the auditorium.
Lunch is included in your ticket!
We recommend bringing cash. We’ll have shirts for sale and can take credit cards but cash is fastest.

When we say, “the doors will close at ‘x’ time,” we mean business. That’s how we stay on schedule.
