Michael Jordan NC Sports Hall of Fame Induction Dec 14th
Former University of North Carolina basketball All-American and six-time NBA Champion Michael Jordan will be inducted into the North Carolina Sports Hall of Fame at halftime of the Charlotte Bobcats vs. Toronto Raptors game on Tuesday, December 14, 2010 at Time Warner Cable Arena. Game tip offs at 7pm.
Jordan was elected to the Hall in 1993 but was never enshrined. A video tribute to Jordan, who is now the Bobcats’ majority owner, will highlight the halftime ceremony. The Hall’s newest member then will be inducted and presented his North Carolina Sports Hall of Fame ring and plaque.
