Come out and share your gift with us, whether it’s Spoken Word, Music, Comedy, Acting…let’s celebrate and support the arts. LIVE OUT LOUD! Sign-ups begin at 9PM…Show starts at 10PM. An Open Mic event, hosted by Concrete Generation’s Stefen Micko and CP Maze with featured Poet Mekkah! Admission – $5
Mekkah or Butterfly as her friends call her, is; poet, writer and performing artist. Best known for her poetry and music, Kendrea Mekkah created Mekext.net a community for professional artists and educators. Her voice has been featured on a number of experimental projects and she has two albums of poetry and music; The Buttafly Effect (2005) and MEKKAHmorphasis Part 1: Poems & Music (2011).
