NASCAR fans can get a jump start on the 2012 season at NASCAR Acceleration Weekend Jan. 20-22 in Charlotte, N.C. The weekend’s activities commence with the 2012 NASCAR Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, followed by NASCAR Preview 2012 Presented by Sprint, where fans can interact with the sport’s legends and current stars in person, get autographs and catch a sneak peek at the upcoming season. Fans can go to www.NASCARacceleration2012.com or call 1-800-745-3000 for NASCAR Hall of Fame / NASCAR Preview 2012 ticket packages starting at $20. Children under five-years old are FREE.
NASCAR will induct Cale Yarborough, Darrel Waltrip, Glen Wood, Dale Inman, and the late Ritchie Evans into the sport’s Hall of Fame Friday night. Saturday, many NASCAR drivers will be on hand for an autograph and question and answer session.
