Allstate Insurance Creating 2200 New Jobs In Charlotte

Wednesday, August 9, 2017

Allstate Insurance announced that it will create over 2,200 jobs as part of a new Charlotte regional headquarters over the next three years.

The insurance provider is expected to invest more than $22 million in the Charlotte area with the expansion, Governor Roy Cooper announced on Wednesday.

The expansion is expected to grow the state’s economy by $3.9 billion over 12 years.

Allstate will get a 17.8 million grant from North Carolina over the course of 12 years, but the company must meet expectations to provide all of the jobs.
