2016 Joyfest is back in Charlotte, NC – Saturday, May 28th.

JoyFest is an annual gospel music festival taking place on the fun-filled acres of Carowinds amusement park in Charlotte, North Carolina. It is a highly anticipated event that attracts thousands of gospel and soul fans each year for its moving, faith-based performances.

Since it takes place in an amusement park, revelers in attendance are not only treated to great live music, but thrilling rollercoasters and other fun rides as well.

Previous performers at the festival include gospel artists such as Kirk Franklin, Fred Hammond, Marvin Sapp, Canton Jones, Bone Hampton, Le’Andria Johnson, Isaac Carree and many others.

3:00pm – Welcome with Bone Hampton
4:00pm – Chant & Tye (contest winners)
4:30pm – Jonathan McReynolds
5:10pm – Erica Campbell
5:50pm – Marcus Wiley
6:50pm – Tasha Cobbs
7:50pm – Marvin Sapp
9:10pm – Fred Hammond

The event will end at about 10:10 pm!
