Pauly D from MTV’s The Jersey Shore will be DJing live at Republic Nightclub on Thursday, August 25 2011.

On Jersey Shore, Pauly D is introduced as the hair-obsessed, tanning fanatic DJ from Rhode Island. Pauly D has had much success with his DJ career recently and has been selling out shows all over the U.S. His DJ persona takes on a new life once Pauly is live in the nightclub. Pauly delivers a unique blend of top 40 dance grooves mixed with some of the leading tracks from the Electronic Dance Music scene.

Dubbed a cultural phenomenon, the Jersey Shore series has garnered record ratings for MTV, making it the network’s most viewed series telecast ever. The series’ cast has also been credited with introducing unique lexicon and phrases into American popular culture. The show has expanded and has since shot in the locations of Miami and currently Italy. The highly anticipated 4th season just began on MTV and plans to do bigger numbers than ever before. Charlotte, N.C. welcomes Pauly D for this special one night only performance.
