Description
Pride Week is a 10-day event held annually as a celebration of diversity in the Charlotte region – a celebration of who we are, where we have been and, most importantly, where we are going. It is a celebration of the diversity of the LGBT community in the Charlotte-Metropolitan Area. It is one the largest organized gay pride festivals in the Carolinas, featuring events by organizations and companies that support and celebrate the LGBT community.
This year’s Pride Week will begin Aug. 19, culminating with the annual Pride Charlotte Festival in Uptown on Aug. 27.
