Speaker Line Up:

• Speaker Finalists have been selected, they are going through coaching in Feb & March.
• You can learn more about them at tedxcharlotte.com
• We will have the final list of speakers announced on 4/4/20 (after their final audition)

Approximate Timeline for the Event Day:

• The morning timeline: get there early to get checked in, grab a coffee and get a seat.
• Registration starts at 8:30 am. Coffee will also be available then.
• Theater doors open at 9:30 am.
• Talks begin at 10:00 am.
• Lunch around 12:0 pm.
• Resume talks around 1:00 pm.
• Finish talks and start speaker panel around 3:00 pm
• The Speaker Panel ends at 4:00 pm and the After Party begins directly after that.

Event Day Logistics

• Parking is FREE in the Theater & Faculty Lot next to the Overcash building. There will be signs to help wayfinding and we will send you a parking map as we get closer to the event.
• Lunch is included in your ticket! You’ll get a whole hour for lunch. Make the most of that time by meeting new people.
• We will have a limited number of t-shirts for sale. We accept credit/debit cards but cash is fastest.
• Only ticketed attendees are allowed to enter.
• No food or drink is allowed in the theater. Sorry.
• There will be volunteers and organizers there to help. If you need anything or have any questions, please ask!

Ticketing Sales Timeline:

• On 12/17/19 at 6:30 pm: Early Bird tickets go on sale (limited number)
• On 2/15/20 at 8:00 am: Remaining tickets go on sale
• On 4/18/20 at 8:00 am: All refunded tickets will be released for sale
