Fourth Annual Shirley’s Angels “Love Your Headlights” Charity Run/Walk May 7

WHAT:Charity run/walk to support those battling breast cancer in our communities          

On May 7, come have fun and support the fourth annual “Love Your Headlights” charity run/walk, hosted by Shirley’s Angels. This year’s event includes an all new Kid’s Fun Run, a 5K, a 10K, and an option to compete in both the 5K and the 10K.

WHY:Shirley’s Angels is a 501c3 organization dedicated to supporting local women inflicted with breast cancer from diagnosis, treatment, all the way to ‘survivor-hood’! After losing her mother to breast cancer and enduring her sister’s own battle, founder Shannon Laatsch created this non-profit to spread love and care to those diagnosed throughout their difficult journey.

Participants will receive a performance t-shirt and swag bag. The “Love Your Headlights” 5K & 10K charity run/walk will be officially timed and prizes will be awarded for top finishers in each age category, the best male and female PINK ensemble, and all registered participants 12 and under. Proceeds from the event benefit those diagnosed with breast cancer locally in our community.

COST/FOR:Race participation:

5K – $20 early registration; $25 after April 1; $30 Race Day

10K – $30 early registration; $35 after April 1; $40 Race Day

Both 5K & 10K – $40 early registration; $45 after April 1; $50 Race Day

Kid’s Fun Run – $5

Sponsorship opportunities:
Tax deductible $200-$1,000 donation options for businesses or $100 in honor/in memory of a loved one. Support a warrior currently battling breast cancer, a survivor, or an angel. Names will appear on race t-shirts.
